Cedric Kushner's Gotham Boxing™ a Pro-Boxing Championship franchise for over 25 years with over 300 world championship fights & 30 world champions under the ownership of Cedric Kushner. On 11/25/09 became the sole minority partner in Gotham Boxing™ acquired from Ronnie Kerner under 6 year expandable and renewable contract. Partnered with John Thomas of JT Talent™ as of 11/30/09, more info at WWW.JTTalent.Info, and created the DBA in Queens, NY for Immortal Dream Weaver Productions™ 11/12/10.  In June 2011 Metropolis Boxing™ was formed as a new venture stepping away from any association with Cedric Kushner to promote Matthew's brand of combat sport.  In October 2011 Masters Series MMA™ was formed to round out a full spectrum professional fight promotion, looking to build the world champions of tomorrow! ;)
